Sam FM is a former local digital radio station for Berkshire and North Hampshire owned by Celador Radio.
The station previously broadcast on FM in Reading until August 2017, when the station flipped format and became The Breeze.
Sam FM Thames Valley replaced JACK fm on September 4 2017.
The station closed in 2019 after being acquired by Bauer Media Group and replaced by the Reading relay of The Breeze on DAB Digital Radio.
