The 1% Club and Travel Guides in Sunday battle

Both shows lifted viewers on the previous Sunday, along with The Piano.

The 1% Club topped entertainment at 1.06m viewers on Sunday, just pipping Travel Guides at 1.00m -both were up on last week.

Also up, The Piano was 754,000 from 7:30pm while MasterChef Australia dipped to 568,000.

Later 60 Minutes drew 775,000 then Cold Chisel: The Big 5-0 (576,000), Bergerac (433,000) and House Hunters Australia (312,000).

Seven won Sunday.

Seven News was #1 at 1.36m. Menendez & Menudo: Boys Betrayed screened to 115,000.

Nine News averaged 1.23m then The Killer Interview with Piers Morgan (368,000) with Nine News Late at 184,000.

ABC News pulled 784,000. Compass (280,000) and The Split (169,000) followed.

10 News First managed 281,000 then The Sunday Project (250,000) and FBI (138,000 / 111,000).

On SBS it was SBS World News (214,000 / 123,000), Genghis Khan’s Mongolia (128,000), Mystery of the Desert Kites (107,000) and Incas: The New Story (61,000).

  1. 60 minutes story about Ali France was amazing & it sounds cliched, but inspirational. That woman is amazing, how anyone could keep going after what she went through is one thing but then to achieve what she has is incredible, i had a few tears.

  2. The UK Version is the best Version is back screening on Wednesday Nights starting this week I can’t stand Jim Jeffries Lee Mack is a much better host in my opinion he is hilarious

  3. I watched MasterChef (missed the start as it started at 7.15 according to the EPG) but watched the Piano on iView. Love this show but didn’t agree with the winner last night.
    According to Larry apparently the Chase is now Australia’s 5 o’clock obsession. Since when?

  4. How good is the 1% Club? Me and my housemates play at home every week. We’re like we are bad at the easy questions and better at the harder ones 😂 but it’s such a refreshing show. I know we’ve had the UK version on for a while but it’s nice to have the Aussie one back.
