Supercars announces The Formation Lap program for Foxtel Sports
Supercars’ ‘The Formation Lap’ TV show will air on Foxtel Sports during the week.

A regular Supercars midweek show is returning to Fox Sports in 2025, with news, reviews and previews taking fans on the journey between events.
Named The Formation Lap, the new show will run in race week of all upcoming Supercars rounds, starting this week.
The Formation Lap, hosted by Jess Yates and Neil Crompton, will look back at the previous round and also look forward to the upcoming round.
Episode 1 will air on Fox Sports 505 at 8:30pm AEST on Tuesday night, two days out from Round 2 on the streets of Melbourne’s Albert Park.
The first episode features points leader Cam Waters talking about his amazing opening round in Sydney, with the Tickford Racing driver winning all three races.
Broc Feeney also checks in, with the Triple Eight Race Engineering driver sitting fourth after a rollercoaster weekend in Sydney.
General manager of broadcast Nathan Prendergast said the new show will give viewers more insight into the storylines that will shape the 2025 season.
“We are excited to be releasing The Formation Lap, starting this week,” Prendergast said.
“Our fans have a big appetite for Supercars content, and The Formation Lap is the perfect way to get fans up to speed.
“So much happens between events, and it’s important to take fans on the journey as we get ready to go racing.
“We are grateful to Fox Sports for accommodating the new show, which will bring Supercars to more audiences.”
All ten Repco Supercars Championship sessions across all four days of this weekend’s MSS Security Melbourne SuperSprint at the Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Australian Grand Prix will be broadcast live on Foxtel and Kayo from Thursday.
