In June 2024, Tom and Cheryl Hodgins helped resurrect an FM radio station licensed for 3.8kw at 1,109 feet above sea level serving a picturesque community on the Pacific Coast in Central Oregon. The facility was one of two acquired by the Hodgins from Pacific West Broadcasting, parent of troubled operator Yaquina Bay Communications.
Now, it is being spun by the Hodgins’ Xana Oregon to the operator of a FOX Sports affiliate serving the Eugene-Springfield market.
