Disney+ throws back to iconic ’90s ad for new campaign featuring Aussie sports stars

Disney+ has launched a brand new campaign, delivering its own spin on an iconic Australian sports advertisement.

The ‘I’d Like to Stream That’ campaign – officially launched on Friday across broadcast, BVOD, Youtube, OOH, display and socials – plays on the famous ’90s AFL ad and highlights the premium and high-quality shows that the streamer offers for adults that you may not expect to see on the platform.

To tip the hat to that popular AFL ad, the Disney+ campaign features some of Australia’s biggest sporting names, including Australian Basketball hall of famer Andrew Gaze, UFC star Rob Whittaker, AFL’s Jack Ginnivan and Matildas legend Lydia Williams.
