BBC Radio UIster/Foyle remains the most listened to station in Northern Ireland

BBC Radio Ulster/ Foyle remains the most listened to radio station in Northern Ireland, according to the latest RAJAR (Radio Joint Audio Research) figures for Quarter Three, 2016.

These latest RAJAR figures show that the station receives an average weekly reach of 504,000 listeners - approximately 33.8 percent of the population (aged 15 plus).

Programming broadcast on BBC Radio Foyle, as reported by RAJAR, received an average weekly reach of 39,000 listeners.

BBC Radio Ulster/Foyle figures for the same period last year (Quarter Three, 2015) were 526,000 and figures for the previous quarter (Quarter Two, 2016) were 520,000. Figures for programming broadcast on BBC Radio Foyle for the same period last year (Q3, 2015) were 41,000 and for the previous quarter were (Q2, 2016) were 37,000.
