New Wave Media is a British media company which operates Central FM in Scotland.
It was established in 2007 and within its first year bought Wave 102 in Dundee. In September 2009 New Wave Media formed a venture with Murray Strachan and John Quinn and bought Original 106 in Aberdeen, John Quinn is also the majority shareholder in Central FM in Stirling.
Wave 102 (now Wave FM) was sold to DC Thomson in 2017, along with Original 106 in 2019.
