Match & Wood’s Anna Camuglia moves to creative, joins indie agency as GM
Independent creative agency Sunday Gravy has welcomed a new general manager to replace recently-departed Khia Croy.
Anna Camuglia joins from Match & Wood, where she spent nearly two years as head of client services.
Prior to that, she spent 15 years at Publicis Groupe’s Starcom, in various business and client director roles. She also brings experience from GroupM and Naked Communications.
In her new role, Camuglia will support Sunday Gravy’s clients with challenges and economic pressures.
“I am super energized at the prospect of working alongside some of the brightest in the industry, while continuing the great momentum we have at Sunday Gravy,” Camuglia said of her appointment.
She replaces Khia Croy, who departed the indie agency in May to step into a GM role at DDB Melbourne. Croy spent close to three years at Sunday Gravy as GM and client director,
Co-founder of the agency, Ant White, said the team knew Camuglia was the right person for the job from the first meeting.
“…Which is kind of symbolic of Anna. Straight to the point. No mucking around. With Anna, you know where you stand and exactly what you’re getting,” he said.
“Anna is an experienced leader, and proof good people are still the most important part of this business. Her background in media will bring a depth of business strategy and guidance to our clients.
“We’re excited to see this agency go to the next level under Anna’s leadership.”

The agency has also recently welcomed a new head of production in former Clemenger BBDO executive producer, Karolina Bozajkovska. She will lead Sunday Gravy’s creative production, doubling down on its commitment to creating work that stands out. Her appointment also reinforces the agency’s dedication to innovation and excellence in production.
The new hires come after a number of new business wins, including Ego Pharmaceuticals Australia, OnePass, and Cobram Estate. The agency’s client roster also includes Specsavers, MYOB, and Nando’s, among other leading brands.
Sunday Gravy’s co-founder, Jack White, has recently ventured into the AI space, launching an automation-driven advertising agency, Cuttable.
Founded alongside ex-Swisse marketer Ed Ring and tech entrepreneur Sam Kroonenburg, Cuttable is described to make the ad creation process quicker and more seamless, in just a few clicks.
Earlier this month, Cuttable welcomed former Medibank marketer Sam Ayre as its head of marketing, where he will help deliver more connected marketing funnels for brands.
Cuttable has signed brands including Catch.com.au, Nando’s, Penfolds, Powershop and DiDi on its client roster, with more to be announced in due course. The company has also begun development on its next big feature, tentatively titled ‘The Brand Brain’, which will launch later this year.
