AJF creative director Scott Walker to leave agency

The executive creative director of AJF Partnership, Scott Walker, will be leaving the agency to start a new business.

After moving back from the UK to Sydney in January last year to join the group, Walker will wrap up in January 2025, when he will launch a new business.

With over 30 years experience in advertising, TV, film production, entertainment and fashion, including senior roles at the likes of DDB UK, Dentsu Aegis Network in Europe, and Fetch, Walker said he is confident that he is now in a strong position to start his own venture.

“The honor of taking the reins from a founder led agency and work on such terrific clients has been very rewarding,” Walker told Mumbrella.

“But it’s now time to move onto a new venture which I’m incredibly excited about and I’m really looking forward to this new era.”

During his near two-year stint at AJF, Scott led the agency through significant change after co-founder Andrew Foote departed a month after he arrived.

Just weeks before Foote’s exit, AJF also made a number of redundancies.

Walker also led notable campaigns such as “Every Bit Different” for Visit Victoria and worked on clients including Target, Dairy Farmers, Yoplait, Dare, Weber, and Flatmates.com.au.
